The Position
-The Vice President of Nursing leads clinical services and directs the daily operations of home health care.
-Seeking nursing leader with a strong operational and entrepreneurial skillset, as this leader will play an integral role in identifying growth strategies for the organization and developing structure for the clinical team.
-Overseeing the nurse care managers, the Vice President will conduct field supervision of the team to ensure a high level of customer service and that quality metrics are met, all in compliance with relevant regulations.
-Must bring a strong background in home health and 10+ years of nursing experience, at least three of which are in a managerial role.
-Master’s degree preferred.
-Active nursing license required and must be willing to obtain a New York state license.
