POSITION: Travelling Registered Nurses needed for UAS/MLTC cases located in Bronx, NYC, Staten Island, Brooklyn, and Queens.
You will conduct face to face assessment of members and potential enrollees utilizing the UAS Assessment Tool for functional status, medical, behavioral, psychological, and community resource needs. Prior UAS experience is required.
